Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Vittpravah Technologies LLP, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients. This policy outlines the terms regarding service cancellation and refunds.
1. Consultation Services
For one-time consultation services, you may cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. To cancel, please contact us directly.
2. Project-Based Work
For larger, project-based contracts (e.g., web development, AI solution implementation), the cancellation and refund terms will be detailed in the specific project agreement or Statement of Work (SoW). Generally, project deposits and payments for completed milestones are non-refundable.
3. Service Interruption
Either party may terminate a service agreement if the other party is in material breach of the terms. Termination conditions, including any applicable refunds or outstanding payments, will be handled as specified in the signed service agreement.
No Refunds for Completed Work
Once a service or a project milestone has been completed and delivered, payments made are non-refundable. We strive to ensure client satisfaction and will work to resolve any issues, but we do not offer refunds for work already performed.
How to Request a Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our official contact channels. Please refer to your service agreement for specific contact details.
